The Role

As the Marketing Strategist & Brand Leader, you'll take charge of all aspects of strategic marketing, owning the brand voice, expanding the organisation's presence, and driving measurable results toward ambitious goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's growth trajectory by blending visionary strategy with hands-on execution.

You'll work closely with the CEO, collaborate across teams daily, and play a key role in:

  • Creating inbound opportunities to maintain a robust business development pipeline.
  • Supporting client success initiatives to enhance value and ensure retention.
  • Leading projects with autonomy, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.

Brand Management & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistency across messaging, design, and all customer interactions.
  • Position the organisation as an innovative leader in the digital out-of-home advertising industry.

Thought Leadership & Content Creation

  • Strengthen the company's standing as an industry leader through engaging and fresh thought leadership.
  • Create content that drives traffic, grows organic audiences, and fosters meaningful conversations.
  • Design company assets and maintain a keen eye for visuals using tools like Canva.

Performance Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Adopt a test-and-learn approach to optimize campaigns and achieve impactful results.
  • Oversee website management, focusing on driving MQLs and SQLs to support sales initiatives.

Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Digital Ops team to design impactful campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Keep content fresh, engaging, and attention-grabbing to maximize audience impact.
  • Manage and grow the organisation's organic social media presence, including planning, scheduling, and content maintenance.

Conference Coordination

  • Strategize, coordinate, and oversee logistics for 20+ conferences annually.
  • Ensure the company stands out by delivering impactful presentations and fostering valuable partnerships.
  • Create conference materials, manage budgets, and nurture relationships with conference organisers.

Budget Management

  • Develop and oversee a substantial marketing budget.
  • Experiment with new initiatives, focus on ROI, and prioritise growth strategies.

Software Management

  • Ensure HubSpot remains a centralised source of truth and establish best practices for the team.
  • Streamline communications and improve efficiency by integrating software tools effectively.

  • Experience: 4+ years in marketing, business development, or client success, preferably within agency or service-based industries.
