Située à Marieville, où campagne et commodités de la ville s'unissent, nous accueillons une centaine de résidents autonomes et semi-autonomes. À 30 minutes de Montréal via l'autoroute 10 E. À 35 minutes de Granby via l'autoroute 10 O.
FORMATION APRPA obligatoire.
Poste permanent à temps plein, entre 24 et 32 heures par semaine avec possibilité de faire plus d'heures, de nuit de 00h à 08h et une fin de semaine sur deux.
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES:
Aider et accompagner les résidents dans leurs déplacements
Aviser l'infirmier(ière) et/ou le/la responsable des services de santé de tous changements observés à l'état de santé des résidents
Favoriser et prôner une prise en charge proactive chez les résidents
Respecter les normes et les lois en conformité avec la certification des résidences privées pour aînés et le code de déontologie
Réaliser un ensemble de soins de santé et d'hygiène dans le respect de l'intégrité et de la dignité des résidents, en collaboration avec l'équipe
Répondre aux sonneries d'appel
Répondre à toutes situations d'urgence
Transmettre des messages au personnel infirmier
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS:
Bonne communication
Connaissance du logiciel Symo (un atout)
Formation Loi 90
Formation RCR/DEA secourisme général à jour
Formation de PDSB
formation APRPA
