Personal Lines Insurance Broker (Entry Level)

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: $50K - $55K (Depending on Experience)

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping clients with their insurance needs, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you!

In this position, you will manage a long-standing book of business, assist clients with personal insurance solutions, and contribute to the team's success. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support:
Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand their insurance needs.
Guide clients through the insurance process with care and confidence.
Book Management:
Manage and service an existing book of business.
Ensure clients' insurance needs are met accurately and efficiently.
Organizational Excellence:
Maintain up-to-date client records and manage client files.
Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure no details are overlooked.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of service.
Foster a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Thriving Under Pressure:
Handle busy periods and high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
Ensure timely solutions and meet client expectations.

What We're Looking For:

Licensing & Experience:
Valid Entry-Level RIBO license.
At least 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance.
Client-Centered:
Friendly, personable, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
Clear Communicator:
Comfortable interacting with clients and team members in a clear and effective manner.
Resilient Under Pressure:
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
