En tant que contrôleur(euse) général(e), vous serez responsable de superviser les opérations comptables et de collaborer étroitement avec les départements pour assurer l'exactitude des données financières, analyser les coûts opérationnels, identifier les risques commerciaux et mettre en place des contrôles internes efficaces.
Vous gérerez également le personnel comptable et administratif, en veillant à l'amélioration continue des processus.Principales responsabilités :
• Superviser les processus de clôture financière mensuelle et trimestrielle- Maintenir, analyser et concilier les comptes du grand livre- Produire des états financiers consolidés pour l'ensemble du groupe- Examiner et approuver les déclarations fiscales et les feuillets gouvernementaux- Réaliser des analyses financières détaillées et évaluer les prix- Gérer et améliorer les contrôles internes de l'organisation- Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes lors des audits annuels et trimestriels- Maintenir des relations avec les autorités fiscales, les banques et autres institutions financières- Soutenir les équipes des comptes recevables et payables au besoin- Recruter, former et encadrer le personnel comptable et administratif- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes- Assurer la gestion de mandats spéciaux et autres tâches connexes selon les besoins de l'organisationExigences et compétences recherchées :
• Diplôme en comptabilité (CPA) avec 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion comptable- Connaissances approfondies dans la préparation des états financiers, KPI, et budget- Compétences en leadership et capacité à diriger et motiver une équipe vers des performances élevées- Expérience dans l'optimisation des systèmes ERP (un atout)- Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier ou de la distribution (souhaitée)Avantages et conditions :
