Procéder à l'entrée de données des rapports mécaniquesEffectuer les charges des travaux mécaniques et fermer les facturesSuivi par courriel des estimés auprès des Comptes Commerciaux et les clientsCommander les pièces et s'assurer que les pièces requises soient en bonnes étatsEffectuer le suivi et le rappel des PSI (Inspection pré vente et après-ventes)Effectuer la liste des véhicules à être conduit à l'atelier mécaniqueEffectuer les demandes mécaniques des clients reçu par courrielParticiper aux diverses tâches reliées aux activités du serviceIncontournables :
Bilingue en anglais et en français - Ce rôle exige que vous interagissez avec des clients, des dirigeants et des collègues au Québec, dans d'autres provinces ou dans d'autres pays qui ne parlent peut-être pas français.
1à 2 ans d'expérience en travail général de bureauMaîtrise de l'environnement Windows (Word & Excel)Précision et rapidité à effectuer de l'entrée de donnéesHabileté d'effectuer des tâches multiples dans les délais requisAptitudes marquées pour le travail d'équipe et le service à la clientèleConnaissance de base en mécanique (un atout)
