*Part-Time Sales Customer Care Representative
• At Preston GM Dealership, we're seeking a personable and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Sales Customer Care Representative.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build customer relationships and contribute to the success of our business.Key Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to and manage incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up with customers to meet their needs.Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and scheduled appointments, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the vehicle-buying process.Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering a seamless transition from initial inquiry to final sale.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up efforts, using data to inform future marketing strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.Keep customers informed about current vehicles, promotions, and services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products.Qualifications:
Demonstrate friendly and professional communication skills, effectively building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.Showcase excellent organization and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.Demonstrate ability to work both independently and in a team environment, embracing collaboration and open communication.Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success in this role.Estimated Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
