En tant qu'adjoint(e) administratif(ve) et réception, tu joueras un rôle clé en assurant une coordination fluide entre les équipes et en soutenant les opérations au quotidien.
Ton rôle et responsabilités :
Le Contrôleur.euse de qualité autorise et arrête les opérations de production pour assurer la sécurité alimentaire et la qualité (organoleptique, esthétique, forme, poids,…) des produits. Tes missions principales :
Pré-op sanitation et planification des tâches de nettoyage
Calibration des appareils de mesures
Vérifier les points de contrôle et CCP dans chaque département
Suivi de toutes les feuilles de contrôles (exactitude des informations)
Vérification étiquetage codage
Suivi de la standardisation des recettes et produits
Analyses chimiques (eau bouilloire, savons, Acide gras libre huile friteuse) tests humidité, pH
Inspection des correctifs et entretien préventif
Suivi des non-conformités sur équipements, bâtisse, procédures et produits
Tes missions spécifiques :
Le contrôleur de qualité sera attitré uniquement à la salle d'emballage durant les opérations, l'horaire de travail sera en fonction des horaires d'opérations.
Tu auras à :
Effectuer tous les contrôles de qualité, surveiller les Points de contrôle critique CCP, température, contamination croisée.
Gestion et surveillance du détecteur de métal
Effectuer l'inspection de l'étiquetage et autoriser le démarrage des opérations
Comptage de caisses et unités
Mise en retenues des produits non-conforme
Autoriser la libération de produit pour la vente
Prélèvement de produits et surface
Formation :
Donner de la formation aux employés (Hygiène, méthode de travail, risque à la sécurité des machines,…)
Ce que nous recherchons :
Formation en technique en diététique complétée, ou technique en science et technologie des aliments, ou Baccalauréat en science et technologie des aliments.
Cours en salubrité des aliments complété.
Maîtrise des bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
Capacité à être leader et travailler en équipe, respecter les procédures et analyser les données pour déceler les erreurs.
Assiduité, autonomie et esprit d'amélioration continue.
Capacité à prioriser les tâches et respecter les délais.
Ce qu'on offre :
Salaire à partir de 23$/h, selon l'expérience.
Horaires du lundi au vendredi en présentiel : 35 à 40 heures par semaine (peut varier selon les périodes de l'année).
2 semaines de vacances, fériés et maladie, assurances collectives (frais médicaux, invalidité longue durée, assurance vie, télémédecine).
