Les préposé(e)s à la préparation des commandes sont des associé(e)s qui contribuent à la croissance des activités en ligne et au renforcement des relations avec la clientèle. Il/elle doit préparer, organiser et vérifier les commandes pour les livraisons ou les ramassages en magasin. Nos associés(ées) à la préparation des commandes ont aussi comme responsabilité de planifier les livraisons à venir et prendre des mesures appropriées pour assurer l'efficacité du processus. Enfin, ils/elles assistent aussi leurs collègues au comptoir du service à la clientèle lorsque requis.

Expériences et compétences recherchées
Posséder de l'expérience avec un appareil de levage (chariot élévateur à fourche, chariot élévateur rétractable, chariot à poste de conduite élevable, etc.).
Posséder 1 an d'expérience avec la manutention de marchandises (un atout).
Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes pour la communication, le service à la clientèle et la résolution de problèmes.
Être disposé à travailler selon un horaire variable.
Avoir les connaissances en informatique nécessaires pour trouver l'information sur les produits.
Être apte à soulever des articles pour l'organisation des ramassages en magasin.
Pouvoir soulever une charge pouvant peser jusqu'à 23 kg (50 lb), seul ou avec l'aide d'un(e) collègue .
