As a General Manager for Jack Astor's, you will be responsible for the following:
Work with our peeps to provide the highest quality standards for food, an outstanding guest experience, and memorable service.Coach and lead our peeps and help to ensure they receive great training and support.Manage the financials and work to achieve and exceed established goals.Live and teach Jack's Values and Promises.Use strong time management skills and attention to detail to complete our jobs.Spread enthusiasm and energy among all of our peeps!Qualifications3-5 years previous restaurant management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.Comfortable using computers and learning new software.Ability to manage our restaurants with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality, and fun - a winning mindset and enthusiastic personality.Experience managing sales goals, inventory, cash, and other financial responsibilities requiring good math and analytical skills.Experience with scheduling, labor, and product cost control, and inventory management.Experience in developing a team.Smart Serve Certification.Knowledge of provincial employment legislation.Possess five values that define our people:
