*We're recruiting a part-time Wardrobe Specialist to join our superstar team in Kelowna!

This is a part-time, seasonal position which could turn into a permanent position requires flexible availability. • RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service.
• Greet and assist customers using Suzanne's Customer Service Experience Sequence.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.
• Stay up to date on Suzanne's fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.
• Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.
• REQUIREMENTS
• Previous sales experience in women's retail fashion with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings and weekends
• .
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.
• Customer service oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Friendly positive and outgoing personality.
• Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.
• Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.
• Punctual and reliable.
