About the Role We are seeking exceptional Licensed Practical Nurses to join our community based Addiction Nursing team.
As a vital member of the nursing team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing compassionate nursing care and support to individuals bravely navigating the journey of substance withdrawal and mental health struggles.
In our medically supervised and secure environment, you'll be at the forefront of delivering 24-hour nursing care, supported by access to on-site physicians.

Position:
Casual Compensation:
LPN wage range $33.16 - $39.71 per hour plus applicable shift premiums.
Evening shift premium - additional $3.50 per hour between 1900hr-0700hr Weekend shift premium - additional $2.50 per hour between 2400hr (midnight) Friday - 2400hr (midnight) Sunday Shift premiums compound- additional $6.00 per hour between 1900hr-0700hr on 2400hr (midnight) Friday - 2400hr (midnight) Sunday Indirect Compensation Paid Lunch Period Employer Paid Training (CPR-C/First Aid, NVCI Etc ) Professional development & education reimbursement opportunities Qualifications _Education and experience_ LPN with current registration with BCCNM Experience with addictions and mental health would be an asset_Job skills and abilities_ Well developed interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
Proficient knowledge of group process and facilitation techniques.
Good time management skills.
