You'll engage with homeowners, generate quality leads, and set appointments, paving the way for our team to close the deal. Your role will involve direct, door-to-door engagement, consistently meeting and exceeding lead generation targets, and fostering positive relationships within the community. We're looking for a confident communicator with a results-driven attitude, sales savvy, and a team-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and Inspire: Capture the interest of potential customers through direct, door-to-door engagement.

• Community Builder: Foster positive, no-pressure relationships within the community and enhance brand awareness.
• Team Collaborator: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and lead generation techniques.
