This will include offering large or more complex credit and investment advice.There will be responsibility for meeting and exceeding specific individual and team-based business goals.
While providing the right financial solutions, the individual will manage Member portfolios to genuinely build relationships with Members.What you'll do:
Member ExperienceUnderstand how Meridian's products and services can add value to our MembersProvide investment advice by identifying and promoting solutions that meet our Member needsProvide recommendations on credit products based on accurate and appropriate credit interviewing and underwriting skillsEngage in revenue generation and sales based activities in order to achieve performance objectivesUse provided tools to proactively identify and promote opportunities with all Members to deepen relationshipsEmbrace virtual technology platforms and use them to host meetings and engage in impactful communication with MembersMaintain discretion and confidentiality to respect Member's privacyEmployee ExperienceAct as an engaged teammate and trusted partner to build internal relationshipsDemonstrate empathy with colleagues by communicating thoughts and ideas openlyContinue individual learning and development to align with Meridian valuesActively participate and support the leadership team in the planning processStep in as a leader while the Branch Manager is awayCommunity ExperiencePromote Meridian Credit Union in your community by participating in community activitiesSupport local community organizations through Business Development and Good Neighbour ProgramWhat you can bring to Meridian:
