In anticipation of vacancies over the next two years, we are creating a pool of selected applicants to fill roles as Secondary, Elementary, and District Principals and Vice-Principals for select positions as they become available.
The salary ranges for these positions are:
$130,901 to $145,721 for Vice-Principals, and $149,228 to $166,124 for Principals.

If you have the following qualifications, we invite you to apply!

Evidence of successful teaching and educational leadership experience
Academic preparation/post-graduate work
Demonstrated ability to develop a school culture of collaboration, innovation, and inquiry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possession of, or eligibility for, a BC teaching certificate
Previous school administrative experience is an asset
A demonstrated commitment to action towards Truth and Reconciliation
Commitment to cooperative, site-based, school management
