Les principales fonctions de l'adjoint administratif consistent à fournir un soutien à l'adjoint de direction au vice-président, Ressources humaines, formation et perfectionnement et communications commerciales, et à aider, au besoin, le Service des ressources humaines.

Responsabilités

  • Accomplir les tâches quotidiennes qui lui sont assignées, y compris :
  • Répondre aux appels entrants, les filtrer et les transférer.
  • Préparer et modifier des documents, notamment la correspondance confidentielle (interne et externe), les rapports, les ébauches, les notes de service et les courriels.
  • Gérer la messagerie vocale (dont la dictée et les instructions détaillées).
  • Planifier/modifier l'horaire des réunions (avec les participants internes et externes).
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives générales, notamment la photocopie, l'impression, le suivi et le classement.
  • Accomplir des tâches liées aux systèmes de gestion des Ressources humaines.
  • S'occuper de projets spéciaux, au besoin.

Titres, qualités et expérience

  • Maîtrise de MS Office et connaissance de base ou intermédiaire de Word, d'Excel et de PowerPoint.
  • Minutie et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes.
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la planification.

About the role:

The Executive Assistant's role is to support the Global VP of HR & Learning Development and assist the Human Resources Department as required.

How you will make an impact:

  • Report generation and analysis of data related to the business;
  • Prepare and modify documents, including confidential correspondence (internal and external), reports, drafts, memos, and emails;
  • General clerical duties, including phones, meeting planners, and voice-mail management (including dictations and detailed instructions)
  • Support special projects as needed.

We're looking for someone with:

  • College Diploma in Administration or related studies.
  • Min. 5 years in an Administrative role supporting high-level management
  • Proficiency in MS Office with very high-level skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Extremely analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
