We are looking for a committed and hands-on Service Supervisor to oversee all service activities, taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

Developing and updating training material to train customers on Axiom equipmentTechnical support for internal and external contactsProcessing warranty claims from customers and filing claims to suppliersTravel to address major issues/key client training as neededExports and inputs all service orders to and from MCS.
Creates a SO in MCS to track parts and/or labor for warranty claimsWrites all service orders for customer equipment in house or in-field to be repairedBuild operators, service, and parts manuals for our proprietary equipmentParticipating and supporting R&D in new product design or changesFacilitate internal & external training & skill developmentCustomer Case Management - ensure all service tickets are addressed in a timely mannerThe ideal candidate will have:
Shop SafetyMechanically minded, ideally with mechanical trade certification with industrial equipmentHigh knowledge in reading electrical schematicsPractical skills in troubleshooting and repairing generators/light towers (Red Seal mechanic would be an asset)Computer literate with experience in Microsoft ApplicationsExperience providing customer service and supportExcellent communication (phone & emails) skills, including de-escalationAbility to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writingAvailable for international travelExhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadershipHours of work:
