*Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Construction

Our commitment to responsiveness, problem-solving, and creating a fun business environment sets us apart.We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to help us continue to build our reputation and drive business development. • Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and develop new account prospects.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity in the roofing industry, continually assessing marketing, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on quality and exceptional service.
• Provide timely project quotations, maintain organized project files, and follow up on quotes.
• Conduct regular job site visits.
• Engage consistently with major suppliers to stay updated on product offerings.
• Enhance your professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in billing, payment, and delivery processes.-
• Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer locations
• Experience seeking out and networking with potential clients
• Experience and knowledge of the construction industry a strong asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours
• Proficient in standard applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems-
