Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and manage global sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.Set regional sales targets and oversee their execution.Establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies tailored to various markets.Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse global sales team.Monitor and evaluate sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).3.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, including industrial buyers, government stakeholders, and supply chain partners.Oversee account management to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.4.
