Nous sommes une entreprise innovante et écologique qui a développé un procédé breveté pour fabriquer des fertilisants à faible empreinte carbone.
Notre future usine produira tonnes par an de sulfate de potassium (SOP) et de sulfate de magnésium (SOPM), qui sont tous deux en forte demande.
Les éléments nutritifs fournis par les fertilisants de KSM répondent aux besoins de cultures de fruits et légumes qui sont pratiquées dans l'est du Canada et des États-Unis.
Nous sommes fiers d'être la première source au Canada à fournir ces nutriments nécessaires aux agriculteurs pour améliorer les rendements et la qualité des aliments tout en réduisant les émissions de gaz à effets de serre.
Responsabilités Sous la responsabilité du Superviseur de production, l'opérateur DCS contrôle le fonctionnement des équipements sur lesquels il est affecté, dans le processus de fabrication de fertilisant.
Plus spécifiquement, vous aurez comme tâches de :
Surveiller les données et les fluctuations sur les écrans de contrôle et sur les caméras de surveillance pour vérifier le fonctionnement des équipements de production et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires.
À l'aide d'un système de contrôle à distance, contrôler les équipements de production de fertilisant (Convoyeur, réacteur, évaporateur, séchoir, granulateur).
S'assurer de lire et de maitriser les différentes procédures de fabrication.
Gérer les alarmes produites par le système de contrôle et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour le rétablissement des situations problématiques.
Contrôler l'exécution des étapes de production de fertilisant en utilisant les écrans du système de contrôle des procédés.
Donner des instructions relatives aux ajustements à effectuer sur les équipements de production aux opérateurs de production.
Assister les opérateurs lors des essais de démarrage qui font partie des procédures de cadenassage.
Rapporte au superviseur de production tout problème relié à la production.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches liées aux opérations.
Conditions de travail Poste régulier à temps complet (40 heures/semaine).
Horaire de 12 heures en rotation jour/nuit et 1 fin de semaine sur 2.

Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en technique de procédés industriels chimiques ou en technologie minérale.
Avoir une expérience pertinente.

Capacité à acquérir une compréhension complète des schémas de flux d'usine.
Analyse et résolution de problèmes.
Bonne capacité de gestion des priorités.
Polyvalence et adaptabilité.
Capacité à travailler sur un horaire rotatif de 12 heures.
