We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to join our team who will make meeting the health needs of our patients their top priority.Here's where you'll be focusing:
Patient Care:
Clinical services as appropriate to practicing top of scope in your province (chronic health condition monitoring and management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, or other prescribing services etc.)Initiating care plans, following up, and completing associated documentationCollecting relevant patient, drug, and medical condition informationIdentification and resolution of actual and potential drug related problemsMonitoring and optimizing medication adherenceProviding patient counselling that is tailored to the needs and concerns of the patient (literacy, hearing loss, privacy etc.) to ensure comprehensive understanding of the medicationUnderstanding all pharmacy offerings and providing each patient with a personalized interaction and intervention if appropriateCustomer Service:
Providing superior service and exceeding patient expectationsAcknowledging patients promptly and professionally with warmth, empathy, and compassionWhat you have to offer:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institutionLicensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibilityAuthorization to Administer InjectionsExcellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdhere to and implement all applicable company standardsWhat we have to offer:
