Role:
Sr. Data Engineer Location;

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of geospatial data solutions using Azure Synapse, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes using Azure Data Factory to ensure efficient data integration and transformation.
Provide expertise in managing and optimizing data storage solutions within Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Lake Store.
Utilize Azure Databricks to perform advanced data analytics and machine learning tasks, driving actionable insights from geospatial data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance and validation processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes and solutions.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of geospatial analytics.
Conduct regular performance reviews and optimizations to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for geospatial data management and analytics.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
