Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our dynamic dental team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services.DutiesAssist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary materials.Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the Dentrix system.Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.Schedule appointments and manage patient flow effectively.Support front office staff with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones and handling patient inquiries.Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive patient experience.ExperiencePrevious experience as a dental assistant is preferred, with knowledge of pediatrics and orthodontics being a plus.Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix or Epic is highly desirable.Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry is beneficial.Experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for dental applications is an advantage but not required.Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.Work DetailsJob Type:
