Principales tâches de l'assistant gérant/l'assistante gérante :
Veiller au bon fonctionnement de la cuisine et du service comptoir en s'assurant de servir le client de façon convivial, courtoise et rapide en leur offrant des produits frais et délicieux.
Aider et soutenir son équipe lors des "Rush" en gardant son calme et en les amenant à toujours offrir le meilleur d'eux-mêmes, nous recherchons vraiment une attitude de coach afin de contribuer à faire de nos équipiers / équipières de meilleurs humains par l'entremise de leur travail.
Encadrer son équipe sur le bon fonctionnement et les bonnes méthodes pour accomplir leur travail.
Embaucher, former, évaluer et encadrer les nouveaux employés.
Organiser et publier les horaires de travail du personnel.
Faire les commandes auprès du distributeur alimentaire à l'aide de leur plate-forme en s'assurant de respecter les coûts de nourriture.
Faire des tâches administratives.
Maintenir l'établissement dans une propreté impeccable en tout temps.
Être capable de faire différents suivis sur les équipiers / équipières, l'entretien des équipements, les différentes chartes de production et les rotations.Horaire de travail :
Avoir des disponibilités de jour, soir et fin de semaine.
L'horaire sera déterminé à notre rencontre en conciliant vos besoins et les nôtres.
