We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and maintaining engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect our organizational goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain and enhance the visual presentation and functionality of websites.
Create compelling visual imagery and ensure alignment with the organization's brand identity.
Integrate advanced features and functionalities into websites.
Conduct usability testing and optimize designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity .
Plan, direct, and evaluate operational strategies to improve website effectiveness.
Support marketing initiatives with innovative design solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven expertise in web design with a strong portfolio of projects.
Familiarity with web development best practices and content standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with functionality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
