GLOBOCAM'S ENVIRONMENT We're looking for a warranty expert who's ready to turn claims into lightning solutions Your role? Submit claims, track payments and ship parts like a pro, while keeping up to date with manufacturers' standards.

U S A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAILY ROLE Claims management:
Process, submit and track warranty claims, including rejected claims.
Documentation and compliance:
Ensure rigorous record-keeping and verify manufacturers' criteria.
Financial follow-up:
Reconcile payments and receivables on time.
Parts logistics:
Organize the shipment of parts to factories, distributors or scrap yards.
Updates and related tasks:
Follow up on reminders, bulletins and procedural changes, and perform other job-related tasks.
