En tant que stagiaire en comptabilité, ton rôle consistera à soutenir l'équipe d'administration dans la tenue de registres financiers, dans la saisie de données et la tenue de documentation qui supporteront et détaillerons les opérations financières quotidiennes.
Ton poste relèvera directement de la comptable de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités :
Tenir le registre des comptes; Effectuer l'entrée de données financières; Entrer les facturations et les opérations journalières dans le système comptable; Documenter, catégoriser et classer les notes de frais; Participer à la gestion des relevés bancaires et des dossiers financiers internes; Identifier et résoudre les écarts entre les dossiers bancaires et ceux de l'entreprise; Toutes autres tâches nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs de l'entreprise.
Profil recherché :
Technique en comptabilité en cours, ou équivalent ; Connaissances de base en comptabilité; Aisance avec le processus de tenue de livres et la préparation d'états financiers; Compréhension des principes de comptabilité et de l'enregistrement des transactions; Haut degré de précision dans l'entrée de données; Volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter aux nouveaux logiciels de comptabilité disponibles; Sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation aiguisé; Sens de la communication et de la collaboration; Anglais avancé (vous devrez communiquer de manière régulière en anglais pendant votre stage, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit).
