Job Title: Senior Sales Account Executive

Coverage Area: Mid-Market (500-4000 employees)

Location: Anywhere in Canada (Applicants must have Canadian permanent residency or citizenship.)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to sell our flagship AI-powered SalesInsights™ solution to mid-market companies. SalesInsights™ integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, offering unparalleled sales analytics and insights to drive efficiency, enhance forecasting accuracy, and optimize sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of SalesInsights™ software to mid-market companies using Salesforce, uncovering business challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Build credibility with C-level executives, focusing on value-driven selling and ROI over technical specifications.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from demand generation to closing deals, achieving quota targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional value and expertise to clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to key stakeholders.
  • Leverage your understanding of Salesforce and AI-driven analytics to address client needs effectively.

Qualifying Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience is preferred, including at least 3 years of field sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS analytic products in the Salesforce mid-market or commercial ecosystem(s).
  • Account Management:
  • Experience managing either:
  • 2-20 accounts with 100% existing customer focus, or
  • 50-200 accounts with a 100% new logo acquisition focus.
  • Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise:
  • Proven experience selling into Salesforce accounts is essential, as SalesChoice is a Salesforce ISV.
  • Candidates with Salesforce Account Executive (AE) experience in the mid-market/commercial space will be given priority.
  • C-Suite Engagement:
  • Proficient in selling to C-suite executives, including Chief Revenue Officers, RevOps leaders, and decision-makers for CRM-related solutions.
  • Presentation Skills:
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Educational Background:
  • A degree in business, analytics, computer science, or related fields is preferred.
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in AI and advanced analytics will have an advantage.
  • Competency Evaluation:
  • Experience will be assessed holistically, including extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and professional achievements.
  • AI Analytics Expertise:
  • Prior experience working with advanced AI sales forecasting solutions is highly valued (e.g., BoostUp.ai, Clari, Gong, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, sales forecasting, and CRM analytics solutions.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: CAD 85,000-120,000 (based on experience).
  • Commissions: 50/50 split between base salary and commissions, with uncapped earning potential.
