Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Problem Discovery & Solutioning:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and research to uncover pain points and root causes.
Propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and meet business goals.

Business Workflow Development:

Map out and document end-to-end business processes and workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Create clear, comprehensive documentation for all project requirements and workflows.

User Experience Focus:

Work closely with UX designers and product teams to deliver user-centric solutions.
Advocate for end-users by ensuring their needs are incorporated into product designs and workflows.
Drive usability testing and gather feedback to refine deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for project communication between teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate effective collaboration among engineering, product, and design teams.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers in projects.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Monitor and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Reporting & Metrics:

Track project progress, performance metrics, and key deliverables.
Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to improve project management practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in [industry-specific experience, e.g., technology, finance, etc.].
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Expertise in mapping detailed business processes and workflows.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
Understanding of user experience principles and design processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
