Job description Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service - Solid Waste Division

Through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth, E360S provides innovative environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and commercial customers.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Specialist to join our Solid Waste Division team in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and solid waste management, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Sales Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance service offerings.
Prepare and deliver quotations and service agreements tailored to client needs.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Address customer complaints courteously and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Set up new client accounts and sites in the company database.
Maintain accurate records and data in CRM software.
Sales Experience : Minimum 1+ year of B2B sales experience.
Customer Service : At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the solid waste or environmental services sector is an asset.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office programs.
bilingual in French and English is an asset.
Professional diploma in sales consulting or equivalent experience preferred.
Automobile allowance and fuel card (if applicable).
Supportive and collaborative work environment with ongoing training and development.
