Salaire entre 80 et 110kLes défis qui vous attendentParticiper à la strcture et au développement du service RH;
Déployer le programme de prévention et d'inspection, fournir le support requis, assurer le suivi et auditer les programmes pour en assurer la conformité et les objectifs de performance, le tout selon un calendrier et des fréquences définis durant l'année;
Monter et organiser les formations théoriques et pratiques;
Participer à l'accueil et intégration des nouveaux employés;
Être responsable du comité santé sécurité, participer au comité environnement, et participer à la mise en place des activités du comité en s'assurant que les lois et règlements relatifs aux activités de l'entreprise soient connus et appliqués de tous;
Coordonner le processus d'enquête et d'analyse d'évènements accidentels afin d'identifier les causes fondamentales, les actions correctives et les suivis;
Analyser les risques des équipements et des opérations, incluant les analyses ergonomiques;
Coordonner les activités en lien avec les secouristes des usines du Québec;
Participer à la coordination des assignations temporaires et assurer l'amélioration constante des méthodes sécuritaires de travail et des standards de sécurité;
Tenir à jour le plan d'intervention d'urgence et coordonner les exercices d'évacuation;
Rédiger et envoyer des communications d'information et de sensibilisation à l'attention des gestionnaires, comités et employés;
Animer la vie de l'usine en matière de santé et sécurité;
Approuver l'entrée de tous les nouveaux produits chimiques aux usines du Québec;
Coordonner les campagnes d'échantillonnage d'hygiène au travail.

Le profil que nous recherchonsFormation universitaire dans une discipline appropriée avec 5 ans d'expérience ou tout cumul d'expérience équivalent; ou un DEC dans une formation pertinente avec 8 ans d'expérience;
Expérience en milieu manufacturier (milieu syndiqué un atout);
Maîtriser les lois et réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité au travail;
Bilinguisme fonctionnel essentiel (communication avec haute direction et collègues en Ontario);
Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires;
Démontrer des habiletés dans les communications et les relations interpersonnelles;
Capacité démontrée à influencer et à agir comme agent de changement;
Posséder des aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en gestion de crise;
Posséder de solides compétences analytiques, être organisé et bien gérer les priorités.
