As OSO continues to grow in Canada, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the General Manager.
The position will support all of Canada's product sales.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding OSO's customer base within the assigned region.
The role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
A primary function will be to promote and generate sales of water heaters to distributors, contractors, builders, engineers, and all those that who specify water heater products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proven sales track record, and knowledge of the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of OSO water heater products to potential customers and key product specifiers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
Close sales orders.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the marketing initiatives to develop materials and campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare regular activity and sales reports for review with the General Manager.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote OSO products.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in sales, in the water heater or related industry.
Experience with residential and commercial distribution channels.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Proficient in using Microsoft CRM software and Microsoft productivity tools.
Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
