Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and logistical support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize executive's time and productivity.
Communication Management:
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Travel Coordination:
Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Meeting Preparation:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment and accountability.
Document Management:
Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Event Planning:
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other engagements.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and act with discretion at all times.
Task Prioritization:
Anticipate needs, manage priorities effectively, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting executives.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
