We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Consultant (13 Month Temporary Position) to join the Professional Services team who is a solution orientated self-starter, thriving on innovation and solving complex problems.

As an Implementation Consultant you'll assist in all stages of the payroll, HR, and time & attendance implementation life-cycle.
In this role, you'll take charge of gathering requirements, configuring Avanti's solution to meet scoped client requirements, set and manage client expectations, identify risks and communicate issues to the appropriate Project Manager.
No day will ever be the same in this role and we'll encourage you to apply out-of-the-box thinking to ensure our clients are satisfied.

Although this role is a maternity leave coverage position, you will be eligible to participate in our group benefits program and receive a retention bonus upon the completion of your term.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for the quality implementation and set-up of Avanti's payroll, HR, and time & attendance modules
• Analyze, configure and understand client's system needs to properly set up the client's Avanti instance
• Attend internal and client project meetings and provide status updates on deliverables
• Maintain an up-to-date client issues log for projects
• Host working and troubleshooting sessions with clients to resolve their issues
• Set and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in client facing calls for escalations and/or scoping
• Provide professional advice, guidance and actionable solutions to businesses
• Provide training to client admin users to perform day-to-day activities in support of implementation
• Deliver quality service within budget constraints and seeking ways to reduce costs or time to value.
• Document and share solutions and best practices internally across the Professional Services team and other relevant Avanti stakeholders
• Participate in organizational projects outside of your immediate team

Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience implementing B2B SaaS software
• Skilled in Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR software implementations
• Strong foundational knowledge of Canadian Payroll and Human Capital Management fundamentals
• You pick up new technologies quickly and have a knack for adapting those skills to your work
• You have hands-on experience configuring complex systems
• Demonstrated ability to display complex data and information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Someone who is client-centric, naturally curious and a great listener
• Demonstrated experience as an Avanti super user is a huge bonus
