The company is also expanding internationally.
Due to continued growth in Canada, BOXX is looking for someone to lead our Canadian Cyber and Tech E&O underwriting team.This is a timely opportunity for an experienced insurance underwriter or manager to step up and gain broader exposure and autonomy under the umbrella of the fast-building BOXX brand.Reports to:

1RequirementsResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for growth with new and existing broker partners to meet company goalsRisk selection, analysis and service of accounts based on BOXX underwriting strategyImplement and manage effective pricing and underwriting strategies for profitable growth of the bookBuild, maintain and manage successful producer relationshipsWork in a collaborative, team environment with other Underwriters, Underwriter Associates, Claim Representatives and ExecutivesSkills & QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years of underwriting experience in Cyber and Tech E&O insuranceAptitude to attract and retain profitable businessKnowledge of cyber and tech E&O underwriting and pricing strategiesSales and marketing skills; must be able to demonstrate successful broker management, including building, maintaining and managing producer and brokerage relationshipsProven ability to successfully negotiate on all levelsStrong track record of service orientation and teamworkFluency in French is an assetOur CommitmentBOXX provides opportunities for people who come from all paths.
