Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies aligned with business
objectives.
● Conduct change analysis, develop plans, and manage impact. Oversee
organizational change activities and drive end-user adoption for technology projects.
● Create processes and implement tools for quick change adoption. Continuously
improve methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
● Assess current state, identify impacts, and measure adoption. Manage revisions and
upstream/downstream effects while driving usage and proficiency of initiatives.
● Create and manage comprehensive communication strategies and plans to engage
stakeholders throughout change initiatives.
● Develop tailored training programs and content to equip employees with necessary
skills for Workday changes.
● Work with leadership to deliver engaging communications and activities that drive
understanding of key changes.
● Create global communication materials to generate momentum, raise awareness,
and minimize disruption across stakeholder groups.
● Create and maintain comprehensive technology documentation as source of truth for
tools and best practices.
● Identify, assess, and mitigate risks affecting project scope, schedule, and quality.
● Prepare and present change management processes for audits.
● Ensure proper documentation of system functionalities and integrations.
● Conduct detailed stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, including
quantitative and qualitative evaluations to drive data-driven change strategies.
● Engage stakeholders across organizational levels to communicate change vision,
gather feedback, and build support through strong relationships.
● Assess organizational impact on people, processes, and technology. Develop
mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure adoption.
● Drive change management principles across global initiatives, understanding
stakeholder readiness and resistance throughout the change journey.
● Identify and address change resistance while developing support strategies to guide
stakeholders through Workday implementation transformations
● Define, track, and analyze KPIs for change initiatives, evaluating adoption and
impact to refine strategies and improve future efforts.
● Partner with experts and leaders to drive change strategies, resolve risks, and guide
global teams through finance transformations.
● Adapt strategies to align operational needs with organizational goals, while driving
continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
● Degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, Change Management,
Psychology, Communications or related field
● Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in change management and/or
communications related to strategic transformations and technology implementation
● Prior involvement in IT implementations, particularly with expertise in Workday or
ERP rollouts is advantageous
● Proven track record in managing enterprise-wide change processes and developing
organizational change strategies.
● Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead large-scale
cross-organizational transformation programs.
● Strong understanding of change management methodologies with hands-on
experience in driving adoption and managing stakeholder expectations.
Skills and Abilities:
● Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, delivering engaging training sessions
and workshops both in-person and remotely.
● Strong visualization abilities using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and similar tools, with
proven workshop facilitation experience.
● Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous situations, with strong problem-solving
skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
● Proficient in project management methodologies with excellent communication skills
and drive to understand complex systems.
Preferred:
● Certification in Change Management (e. g. , Prosci ADKAR or ACMP)
● Previous work experience in the professional services industry
● Experience with Workday, Zuora, Salesforce

les effets en amont/aval tout en favorisant l'utilisation et la maîtrise des initiatives.
● Créer et gérer des stratégies et des plans de communication complets pour engager les
parties prenantes tout au long des initiatives de changement.
● Développer des programmes de formation sur mesure et du contenu pour doter les
employés des compétences nécessaires pour les changements Workday.
● Collaborer avec la direction pour fournir des communications engageantes et des
activités qui favorisent la compréhension des changements clés.
● Créer des supports de communication mondiaux pour générer de l'élan, sensibiliser et
minimiser les perturbations au sein des groupes de parties prenantes.
● Créer et maintenir une documentation technologique complète servant de référence
pour les outils et les bonnes pratiques.
● Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques affectant la portée, le calendrier et la qualité des
projets.
● Préparer et présenter les processus de gestion du changement pour les audits.
● Assurer la documentation adéquate des fonctionnalités et des intégrations des
systèmes.
● Réaliser une analyse détaillée des parties prenantes et des évaluations d'impact, y
compris des évaluations quantitatives et qualitatives pour élaborer des stratégies de
changement basées sur des données.
● Engager les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation pour communiquer la
vision du changement, recueillir des retours et établir un soutien à travers des relations
solides.
● Évaluer l'impact organisationnel sur les personnes, les processus et la technologie.
Développer des stratégies d'atténuation pour minimiser les perturbations et garantir
l'adoption.
● Appliquer les principes de gestion du changement aux initiatives mondiales, en
