Norwood Sawmills is a worldwide leader in portable sawmills and as we grow our Sales Team, we are looking for a Dealer Account Manager - International Sales to join our team, who is motivated and driven by lucrative results.

Working closely and collaboratively with the Director of Sales and our Dealer Experience team, you will bring your knowledge and background to successfully increase revenue, identify, manage and on-board dealer partners to build a global brand.
Your extensive expertise in sales management will help you excel in formulating and implementing goals, measurement and analysis structures, processes, systems, training, tools, and remuneration strategies.

What you bring to the team:

Strong background in sales management, preferably in the outdoor equipment and/or machinery industry.
Entrepreneurial spirit:
you're motivated to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
Ability to frequently travel within assigned regions.
You display innovation in creating strategies that will turn our potential customers into Norwood Sawmill owners.
Appreciation and admiration of forestry, outdoors, homesteading, and woodworking.

A typical day for a Dealer Account Manager - International Sales at Norwood:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Capably handle the wide array of questions generated daily by the dealer network, while simultaneously working with the dealer team for success
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, including regular conversations directly with dealer customers.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the dealer teams.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion, transmission of consistent compelling messaging and emotional connections, new product and promotional launches, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
Acquire and master the knowledge of Norwood, Frontier and competing products, and the key selling propositions of each.
'Walk-the-walk' - Lead the dealer network by example, by gaining a deep knowledge and operational understanding of the features, functions, and technical elements of the sawmills, and how our collective customers use our products.
Attend tradeshows and coordinate attendance at tradeshows by team members.
Travel will be required to attend tradeshows, Norwood's US facility or similar.
