Description de tâches :
Selon les procédures établies par l'entreprise :Gérer les chantiers résidentiels
Valider l'avancement des chantiers et maintenir informés les adjoints administratifs
Effectuer la planification de la main d'œuvre sur les chantiers
Gérer les horaires de travail de la main d'œuvre de chantier
Effectuer la coordination de chantier avec les adjointes administratives
Effectuer le contrôle qualité sur les chantiers
Régler les problématiques rencontrées au chantier
Approuver les feuilles de temps des employés de chantier
Valider les temps matériels et les rapports de chantier
Former les employés de chantiers
Veiller à l'application du code de plomberie et des bonnes pratiques techniques sur le chantier
Faire respecter les normes CNESST sur les chantiers
Installer les enseignes de chantier
Gérer l'outillage
Gérer la flotte de véhicule complète
Planifier et implanter les procédures reliées aux activités de chantier
Participer à l'évaluation des adjointes administratives ainsi que des employés de chantier
Effectuer des travaux sur les chantiers
Effectuer des appels de service
