MariePain, en affaire depuis maintenant 45 ans, offre des produits de boulangerie, de pâtisserie et de prêt à manger (lunch, buffet, boîte à lunch) artisanaux, fabriqués frais tous les jours à partir d'ingrédients de qualité.
Notre siège social, notre centre de production et nos 6 boutiques sont situés à Repentigny, dans l'est de Montréal et à Blainville. Plus de 150 employés travaillent dans notre réseau.
Dans un contexte de croissance, MariePain est à la recherche d'un commis comptable. Le candidat recherché pour ce poste se doit d'être dynamique, déterminé et animé par la réalisation des mandats en minimisant les délais dans le déroulement et l'exécution des tâches. Il doit s'ajuster aux situations nouvelles, faire preuve d'ouverture d'esprit et considérer des concepts et des approches différentes afin de relever les défis.

Prime de référencement.À titre de commis comptable votre rôle est de supporter le directeur finance, administration et RH afin d'atteindre les échéances prévues.Vôtre rôle plus concrêtement :
Support au niveau de l'accomplissement de tâches de fin de mois;
Être responsable de tous les encaissements clients et des caisses boutiques;
Rentrer les factures fournisseurs autres que les fournisseurs de matières premières;
Aider à l'intégration de dossier de resssources humaines;
S'impliquer dans les comités de CNESST.Vous serez partie prenante dans plusieurs mandats, ce poste se veut un tremplin de développement de votre carrière au sein d'une organisation en plein essor.
Être familiarisé avec les principes comptables;
Aimer de s'occuper des dossiers de rémunération des employés ;
Aimer rencontrer des gens;
Maîtriser les logiciels de la suite Office (Excel Word);
Connaissance de logiciel de comptabilitéet de gestion (AVANTAGE un plus);
Connaître le milieu de la vente aux détails et de la production (un atout)
Habilité pour le travail d'équipe et la communication;
Être débrouillard,autonome, rigoureux et avoir le désir d'apprendre.Disponibilité:
32-36h / semaine sur 4 jours ou 5 jours selon préférence du candidat;
Flexibilité des horaires, exemple que les matins de 7h à 13hTravail en présentiel la mojorité du temps surtout les lundi, mais possibilité de télétravail quelques jours par mois;
