BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECT (ON-SITE)

Fulltime, Permanent

Mississauga, ON

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Architect to design, optimize, and implement operational workflows across our business units. This role will act as a key strategist and facilitator, aligning processes with organizational goals while leveraging industry best practices.

The Business Process Architect plays a crucial role in designing business processes to align with our organization's strategic goals. The incumbent will be a member of the Centralized Planning Office team, led by the CEO.

The Business Process Architect will focus on the following key areas:

• Creation of value streams aligned with corporate strategy.
• Quality: Flawless delivery of products and services.
• Cycle time: Speedy response to customers' queries and requests.
• Cost efficiency.
• Optimal automation and deployment of AI.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized process architectures that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain compliance. Aligning business processes with the strategic goals of the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and engineering, to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and KPIs.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to support automation and process innovation.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented processes, using data-driven insights to recommend adjustments.
• Train and mentor team members on new processes and ensure adoption across departments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in process architecture, business process management, or a similar role within an industrial B2B environment.
• Proven expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
