Business Development Manager, Health & Recruitment remote/hybrid

Closer Recruitment is a purpose-driven Recruitment Start-up specializing in Healthcare.

We are looking for our local Business Development & Recruitment Manager / Partner to lead our growth and expansion in an allocated province in Canada.
Our enterprise offers both a strong Purpose and a generous Equity Scheme, offering you the opportunity to own a sizeable share of the Company in your province.
This should enable you to achieve financial security and be able to retire within a few years, if desired.

You'll be working with a small, dedicated team involved in both business development and recruitment activities.
You will be the main Leader of your business unit in your province.
You'll have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of healthcareorganizations, their staff, and the patients they serve.

The role can be performed, fully remotely from anywhere in Canada (with regular client and candidates visits though).
For the first 4 to 8 weeks, you'll mainly build your Equity portfolio (Company Shares) and start receiving your higher salary after your first placement.
Your first placement should happen one (1) month after your start date as you will be provided with:

• An intensive initial training and a continuous mentoring by the founder to our proven processes and tools, as well as to the niche sector.
• The Lead Generation will be done for you and for your future team by our marketing people.
  So you would get a steady flow of client leads and candidates from day 1.
• We have our own in-house developed Technology and CRM to give us a lead in our service delivery.
• We would be working as a team:
  A skilled management team at group level will be providing you with multiple services to help you focus on consulting with clients and candidates.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The initial purpose of your role would be to improve the lives of Healthcare Organisations, Healthcare Professionals and Patients, whilst achieving our financial targets.

MAIN MISSIONS:

• Your role would be to Business Develop as well as Provide expert Recruitment Consulting Services to help organisations serve their communities of patients, and the healthcare staff to improve their lives.
• Become and Expert:
  you will become an expert in your healthcare niche.
  This will involve a large and deep knowledge scope in your Healthcare niche and in Recruitment, but also in Human Resources, Immigration law, Contracts, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.
  So this is a diverse role, knowledge-rich, where you'll touch upon several disciplines.
  This would put you in a great position to help organisations, healthcare professionals and patients.
• Scale-up and Lead:
  you will, with the close support of our group, scale-up the Recruitment services that we have already successfully launched in Canada.
  
• Lead:
  You will grow and lead your local team in order to achieve this.

THE TEAM

As a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including:

• The Founder and Advisors:
  Providing strategic guidance and support.
• Closer Recruitment Canada's Management Team:
  Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Technology Officer.
• Peer Partners:
  sharing best practices with the Partners of our other business units in North America.
• Various freelancers

REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to start the role in an small structure (early stage start-up), and carry out hands on recruitment work, closer to our clients and candidates, before scaling up.
• Able to attend meetings with clients and candidates in your province when needed.
