New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale initiative aimed at modernizing housing programs and enhancing technology infrastructure.
This initiative involves the development and optimization of a CRM solution, integration with an ERP system, and the implementation of a digital service platform designed to improve access to housing services.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with business transformation and digital solutions teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of these systems.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and developing business architecture models for case management applications, facilitating CRM and ERP integration, and supporting reporting initiatives and data strategy development using business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making through dashboards and data visualizations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business systems analysis, CRM and ERP system integration, data migration, process improvements, and reporting initiatives, particularly within the public sector.
This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and the ability to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring the effective delivery of enhanced housing services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis activities to assess the current and future states of related stakeholders.
• Coordinate the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to support business needs.
• Manage the development and implementation of required changes in the CRM system due to new integration requirements with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
• Provide change management support for CRM system upgrades and any strategic initiatives aimed at process optimization and regulatory compliance.
• Define technical project plans and collaborate with the Application Development team to oversee execution and successful delivery.
• Coordinate project plans with relevant departments and enterprise systems to ensure seamless integration with broader organizational initiatives and technology platforms.
• Elicit, document, and analyze business, stakeholder, and solution requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases to validate solution enhancements and evaluate potential technology components.
• Maintain and enhance business architecture to align with changes in organizational structures, processes, business rules, and systems.
• Design and optimize business processes to improve operational support for technology solutions.
• Lead the development of reporting and business intelligence solutions to address key information and analytics requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of digital services initiatives to enhance accessibility and user experience.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in developing current and future-state business architecture models, including requirements, business processes, business rules, information models, and organizational models, specifically for case management applications.
• 10+ years of experience working with enterprise-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software products.
• Experience in data conversion from legacy systems to new systems, including the development of data conversion plans, defining conversion threshold metrics, and planning go-live transitions to operational status.
• Experience designing and implementing process improvements across large organizations, including coordinating the decommissioning of business applications and their integrated systems.
• Experience in developing project deliverables, including charters, business cases, status reports, risk logs, continuous improvement plans, project closure documentation, and test plans/test cases.
• Experience in a project management role, including managing project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and creating communication plans to support organizational transitions and adoption.
• Experience integrating systems with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
• Experience in developing advanced analytics, dynamic reporting solutions, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The following experience is preferred:

• Proven experience delivering business analysis services to public sector clients, including government entities, public agencies, boards, or commissions, and developing and delivering training programs tailored to users in these environments.
• Experience performing business systems analysis, designing solutions, and developing functional requirements for both custom-developed and off-the-shelf software applications.
• Experience in developing test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and alignment with business needs.
• Expertise in creating data migration strategies and facilitating data migration activities.
• Experience providing business solutions tailored to social housing organizations, including reporting assets such as static/dynamic reports, dashboards, and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders across various organizational levels to achieve alignment and project success.
