The Associate director facilitator will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for professionals in our network.
This includes conducting assessments, facilitating training sessions, and providing coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to help them reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities

• Instructional design of materials for GTI led programmes
• Develop and deliver leadership development programs for professionals at all levels of the organization
• Conduct assessments if required to give input on leadership development needs
• Facilitate on global milestone and other development programmes on a variety of topics such as global mindset, collaboration, alignment to strategy, leadership skills, communication, and team building
• Where appropriate provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams to help them improve their leadership skills
• Work closely with the Global Head of Leadership Development to align leadership development programs with Go Beyond 2025 Strategy
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement

Working hours must be flexible and international travel is required (usually around 10 days at a time, but can sometimes be 3 weeks at any one time).

Person Specification

• A great verbal communicator who presents in an engaging way and can facilitate leader level conversations
• Professional presence, and commercial knowledge to establish credibility
• Empathetic with excellent listening and rapport building skills
• Ability to envisage, research, create and document new learning

Experience - essential

• Proven experience of facilitating leadership programmes in a professional environment.
• Evidence is required of understanding of adult learning
• Proven track record in instructional design capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong relationship skills and cultural awareness, the ability to work well with people from different disciplines and cultures.
• Ability to be agile, respond positively to change and contribute with an innovative and global mindset.
• Evidence of coaching capability
• Ability to liaise with external providers
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Experience - desirable

• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus
• eLearning design capability
• Video editing
• English critical / Spanish and other languages an advantage
