Reklaim is excited to announce that we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have account management or sales planning experience, media, platform, or agency expertise, and a strong data and programmatic advertising background. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders and fast-track your career in the media and advertising industry.

This position requires candidates to reside in and work within the East Coast time zone.

What You Will Be Responsible For:Pre-Sales:

Collaborate on RFPs, build client-facing decks, and support all client needs and communications.

Account Management:

Ability to operate independently.
Establish, maintain, and cultivate relationships with agency clients, brands, and vendors.
Coordinate with sales reps, development, data, product teams, and clients to ensure alignment on campaign goals, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Strategically address client business needs to provide customized solutions and drive results.
Incorporate client feedback to suggest process improvements and innovative ideas to internal teams.
Identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations to drive client retention and revenue.
Serve as an expert on Reklaim's offerings, demonstrating value to clients effectively.

What We Need From You:

Location: Must reside in and work within the East Coast time zone (remote).
Minimum of 2 years experience in a client services role within the media, platform, or agency sector.
Experience working with data-driven solutions and programmatic advertising.
Experience in building and optimizing DealIDs, PMPs or a Curation environment
Experience in building and distributing audiences to various platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, social, search and YouTube
Strong understanding of advertising campaign metrics and analytics.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to craft polished, client-ready presentations, decks, and reports.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work effectively with minimal direction.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with clients, partners (DSPs/DMPs/SSPs), and internal teams.
Experience with the following platforms:
Data Management Platforms (DMPs): LiveRamp, TransUnion
Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs): Google, The Trade Desk, Amazon and others
Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs): Index, PubMatic, Magnite, Xandr, OpenX.
Digital Platforms: Facebook Business Services, YouTube, and Search.
