• Responsibilities:
• Lead daily Store operations, ensuring
• exceptional customer service
• and achieving sales performance targets.
• Collaborate effectively with the Store Manager and District Manager.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment to drive team success.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including markdowns, stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Utilize POS systems and Paymentech platforms to process transactions accurately and maintain detailed sales records.
• Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the store is ready for business and secured at the end of the day.
