Our mission is to help transform healthcare for the better by advancing and digitizing our tools, products, and systems, as well as forging meaningful relationships with our patients.About the JobWe are currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Agent (Care Coordinator) for our Moncton Customer Care Center.
The Agent will provide customer support by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services.Answering large volumes of calls in a timely mannerIdentify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide resolutionsCreate and update customer electronic files for Customer Management and scheduling systemsMaintain integrity of client file information by electronically documenting both written and verbal correspondenceBuild and maintain professional relationships with clients, referral sources, hospitals, funding agencies, and internal customersRespond to Sleep health and Oxygen customer service inquiries providing appropriate solutionsHandling customer complaints; receiving and reporting incidents in the electronic systemsTroubleshoot Sleep Apnea and Oxygen equipment malfunction calls and where necessary escalate calls to designateConduct outbound calls as required to complete or update client filesThis role requires strong experience with data management, marketing and sales skills, and bilingual abilities.
