We're growing fast and expanding our market lead by launching innovative customer products like the Home View camera service and the SmartEnergy energy management service over the last few months.

We use our connected device orchestration solutions to enable unique services that provide greater control, convenience, peace of mind and economic benefit.While the responsibilities and scope of this role are great, so are the rewards - the ability to enable the broad ambition of TELUS' expanding SmartHome business in Canada, and the leadership of a high-performance team that will realize this product vision and deliver the associated business results.What you'll doAs Director, SmartHome Product Management TELUS, you will manage our leading portfolio of first and third-party smart home products that include Security, Home Automation, SmartWear, and Energy Management.
You will spearhead the growth strategy and collaborate with design, product development, marketing, and sales teams in creating globally leading software products and services that can transform the Canadian smart home market and expand into adjacent spaces like hazard monitoring, wellness and aging-in-place.
You'll focus on defining the product value proposition, delivering exceptional consumer experiences, developing high-performing product management teams, and working with IT, marketing and channel teams to enable market outcomes that propel the business forward.You'll recruit, develop, and support a talented group of product managers in bringing the vision for innovative new services to life by discovering high-growth opportunities and delivering new smart home automation and security solutions that meet Canadian's needs.

$128,000-$192,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:
30%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
