While you understand fundraising principles, your real strength lies in tackling fundraising challenges with digital solutions.
You might not be a web developer, but a CMS is your ally.You manage a portfolio of clients who need advanced digital strategies to grow their online revenue.
This involves a mix of email fundraising, digital advertising, and website strategy.
You help clients create hyper-personalized content that delights donors by developing targeted ad campaigns, personalized web content, and email automation.What excites you most is the unknown.
You embrace the challenge of discovering what works by running tests and experiments and expanding your knowledge in ways that benefit your clients and charities across North America.What You'll Actually Do:
With the support of an account lead, you'll oversee fundraising projects for clients, focusing primarily on email marketing, email automation, digital advertising, web strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Develop hypotheses for A/B tests across various digital marketing channels for clients.Handle weekly client deliverables, priorities, activities, and results.Translate the client's annual strategy (developed by Account Leads) into project briefs to guide annual fundraising campaigns and programs.Join bi-weekly meetings with clients to keep projects on track, gather feedback, and manage conflicts when necessary.
You'll provide follow-up meeting notes based on key takeaways and action items discussed.Work closely alongside your Account Lead and GX's Lead Strategist to understand data insights to drive strategy, and ultimately, client revenue growth.
Work closely with the production services team to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the proposed strategy.You'll write the strategy for smaller digital campaigns and digital projects to help set the direction for annual fundraising campaigns and programs.
You'll manage ongoing ad campaigns and CRO experiments and provide optimizations on a weekly basis.You'll provide day to day contact for clients and help move projects forward based on the strategy developed by you and the Account Lead.
Join web-based (Zoom) and in-person presentations and engage in dialogue that shows you clearly understand the client's goals.Cultivate client relationships and add unique value, ensuring the organizations that trust us also experience generosity.Adopt a Teach First™ attitude, empowering clients to take control of their own fundraising success before taking action.You'll love this role because:

We offer a competitive salary:
$55,000-$65,000 per year if you're located in Calgary.
$53,000 - $62,000 per year if you're in an urban area within Western Canada (Edmonton, Vancouver, etc) with a $3,000 annual professional travel allowance.
$50,000 - $60,000 per year if you're elsewhere in Western Canada, with a $5,000 annual professional travel allowance.You'll enjoy two weeks of paid vacation time and some extra time off from December 25th to December 31st (don't worry, clients, I'll still be working - Matt).We offer a Health Spending Account so you can cover the cost of your healthcare needs or use some money for other wellness desires (like buying a surfboard or registering for tango lessons).From May 1st until the August long weekend, we have Fridays off.
We work hard many months of the year so in the summer, we enjoy a few extra days by the beach.We obsess over growth which means we MUST be consistently learning as a collective body.
Each year we'll take a free trip to attend a conference as a team.Several times a year, we all meet in person to retreat to grow, learn, and collaborate in ways that are best done together in real life.We care about culture a LOT so if someone isn't going to work out, we won't drag it on.

You have 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or fundraising.
Agency experience is a massive plus.
You are available to start this winter (2025).You are willing to travel when required.
