Alair Homes specializes in custom homes and renovations and is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team for their Brandon office.
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project management, including planning, construction, and warranty phases.
This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of projects.
Performance Bonus
Act as the primary communication liaison between clients and all project stakeholders.
Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved to drive adherence to the project schedule.
Collaborate with local authorities to ensure all inspections and code requirements are met
Facilitate necessary warranty walk-throughs and inspections for completed projects.
Contribute to company strategic / growth planning
Preference for construction tradesperson with leadership / project management experience in residential and / or commercial construction.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
