In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional customer care and adhering to all regulatory requirements.Benefits• Employee discounts• Company events• Health and dental benefits• Life Insurance, Long term disability and AD&D• Education allowance• Health spending account• Paid vacation and personal days• Great Team and Growth Opportunities• Free On-Site Parking• RRSP matching• No evening shiftsEducation & Qualifications• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program in British Columbia• Successfully completed the PEBC Qualifying exam• Current CPR Certification valid in British Columbia• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standingKey Responsibilities• Accurately prepare and dispense medications as per prescriptions• Conduct thorough medication reviews and assessments• Provide medication management and patient education• Document and maintain accurate patient records• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications• Manage third-party insurance billing inquiries internally and externallyExperience & Skills• Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Proficiency in managing pharmacy inventory• Knowledge of all applicable legislation and regulatory compliance standards in British Columbia• Past experience with Kroll is an assetWe are excited to grow our team and look forward to welcoming dedicated professionals who share our vision and commitment to excellence.
