Le/la directeur(trice) adjoint(e) a pour mandat de seconder le directeur principal de l'épicerie dans ses tâches, afin d'accroître les ventes et maximiser les profits du magasin.
Il/elle veille au bon déroulement des activités de l'épicerie et à la gestion efficace de tout son personnel.
Sommaire des responsabilités:
En collaboration avec le directeur de l'épicerie
Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler toutes les activités et opérations de l'épicerie avec l'aide des gérants de départements et autre personnel de supervision;
Être responsable de la comptabilité de caisse et de la bonne tenue des documents de l'épecirie;
Être responsable de maximiser l'efficacité du personnel en s'occupant de la préparation des horaires, de la formation, de la supervision, de l'attribution des tâches, de la motivation et de l'accompagnement;
S'assurer que toutes les modifications de coûts sont appliquées en temps opportun à toutes les étapes des opérations de l'épicerie;
Veiller à ce que la fraîcheur des produits et le marchandisage soient optimaux afin de maximiser les ventes et les profits;
Contrôler le niveau des inventaires pour minimiser les stocks excédentaires et insuffisants conformément aux directives de l'épicerie;
Évaluer les promotions des fournisseurs conformément aux directives de l'entreprise.
Appliquer les politiques et procédures, veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène gouvernementales ainsi que des normes de santé et sécurité au travail, et s'assurer qu'elles sont uniformément suivies par l'ensemble des employés;
Former, évaluer et motiver le personnel;
Créer un climat favorisant la confiance et la communication à l'intérieur de son équipe;
Gérer la prévention des pertes (gaspillages, vols, pertes d'inventaires, bris).
Respecter les budgets relatifs de l'épicerie;
Autres tâches connexes.
5 ans d'expérience dans un marché d'alimentation ( un atout)
Capacité à diriger et motiver une équipe;
Savoir prioriser les tâches et organiser le travail de manière à maximiser la productivité et respecter les délais;
Orienté vers le client;
Bonne habileté de communication;
Esprit d'équipe.
